All YOGO Taxies are powered by the Link Taxi Meter. The Link Taxi meter has a proven record for calculating the exact distance of the travel and accurate waiting times compared to the GPS meter calculation. Therefore our passengers will only have to pay for only the actual hire. Link Taxi Meter is the only, “taxi fare” calculation Metrix approved by the Department of Measurement Units, Standards & Services.

At present YOGO Taxi service is available only in Western Province. We are planning to expand to other major cities in our 2nd phase of expansion.
We accept Cash & Credit cards. Apart from that we accept our own electronic gift vouchers.
Day packages, Hourly package, Guest carriers, Airport pick up, Airport drops, Airport up & down, Wedding packages, Excursions, Corporate Hires, Official transport providers for special events.
Please call our Customer Service Center at 1314 and give us the details of the taxi number, date and time of travel and we will help you track down your missing item. YOGO Taxi drivers are trained to report lost and found items post trip. So if you tell us the details of your trip, it makes it easier for us to connect you with your missing belongings.
Of course, the book in advance option is available for all categories of vehicles through our hotline 1314 and our booking app.
Yes. We intend to provide vehicles at any time of the day and any day of the year. In cases where you are unable to book your trip through our App, you can call the passenger hotline to book your trip.
Yes. However our waiting times are calculated accurately and the passengers will not in any way be over charged.
Yes. You will receive a notification of the completed trip through your app and an e-bill will be forwarded to your email. If you have not received or deleted your email receipt you can request for another receipt via the YOGO app.
You can rate your driver and taxi with up to 5 stars immediately after the trip.
Not all our drivers are professional taxi drivers, we offer opportunities for part time drivers too. However all the drivers recruited for the YOGO service will have to undergo a verification procedure and also a special training conducted by us. Only then they will be eligible to join our fleet.
Our service is safe to use. However, we have developed certain features in our app in order to report any kind of misbehaviors or to contact an emergency contact while on the ride. We are also planning to implement an emergency response team who will be ready to go to any location when the passenger is in distress.
